North Korea published photographs on Thursday of a military parade held to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the Korean People’s Army.

The parade was held at Kim Il-sung Square in Pyongyang on Wednesday night and attended by North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, his wife Ri Sol-ju, and their daughter Kim Ju-ae.

“When the KPA’s core offensive weapons with great mobility and striking ability appeared in the square, the audience enthusiastically clapped to them,” the Korean Central News Agency said, while publishing photographs of the parade depicting “columns of tactical missiles and long-range cruise missiles.”

The photographs depict the Hwasong-17 intercontinental ballistic missile and new weapons that are presumed to be solid-fuel ICBMs.
