Senior aides to Korean president tender resignations en masse

President Yoon Suk-yeol’s senior aides, including his chief of staff and senior secretaries, tendered their resignations on Wednesday morning, hours after President Yoon Suk-yeol accepted lawmakers’ demands and lifted the martial law order he had given late on Tuesday night.
The president has canceled all his previously scheduled activities for the day.
