A former munitions factory in Hongcheon County, Gangwon Province, has been converted into a cultural space. The Gangwon Art and Culture Foundation has revealed that it will be hosting the 2019 Gangwon International Bienalle at the converted munitions factory from Nov. 19 to Dec. 3.
